Atheist has it right.

But silly is putting it mildly, it's more like pathetically infantile.

54 and and counting bhoys!

They died in vain.

I doubt there could be a more fitting epitaph

Had the same effort been put into actually ensuring a CVA capable of succeeding was built as was the endeavours amoung those who could have made it happen backstabbing each other to gain control individually at as low a cost as possible history as we know it would read very different.
The whole saga is one of what ifs and gambling on outcomes that didnt pan out. The reality though is that no one blinked in time to avoid Green blindsiding them all . By this time though the prize was gone and simply who got to claim the body and with it the rights to the estate remained.
The delusion that Rangers would not be allowed to fail played a big part in the endgame as the players who should have had heard the alarm bells loudest were deaf at the worse possible time.
When all is said and done there was not the will when it mattered to put up the money needed to save the club. Which we all know resulted in business people with no emotional attatchment winning out.

Rangers are very much still alive as was again confirmed yesterday.

As for the cva being reached, hmrc were never going to settle, so the cva failure was inevitable.

A bewildering decision which is based on the precedent of the even more bewildering HMRC result.

Which is not actually a result yet.

Even Mitre & other Bears were convinced that HMRC would win.

HMRC is going into ET and penalty kicks.

Lizzie's boys rarely lose these.

How the hell could extra undisclosed payments to ensure that the highest paid players stayed at the club not have given them an 'unfair sporting advantage' ?

It must be the same club. Well at least it sounds like the same club

Actually I dont think the horse itself knows its being flogged. The poor beast is staggering about a holding pen at the BDO's knackers yard thinking it retired and is destined to give weans pony rides
The really sad bit is how many bears cant accept its fate and continue to visit it and gee it wee clap and talk about hte good times and all things they won together

I hope they win

Wont effect us at all, plus im not keen on these tax avoidance scams to be honest.

Most important thing is that Rangers were confirmed yesterday to not be cheats, and that we won all of our titles with great honor and dignity.

Ask yourself this question. If the documents HAD been registered with the SPL, would it have made any difference on the pitch?

If the answer is no, then no sporting advantage.

Do Man City have a sporting advantage because they have a rich sugar daddy? Answer - yes, of course they do.

Called competition.
