With Rooney I feel he will regain his form. He was like this in 2011. But Rooney has a tremendous footballing brain, so I'm confident he will get better. With Valencia, his style is based on just pace and power. He has been found out and with his age, it's too late to improve. I think we need to cut our losses.

Rooney's form dip is a genuine mystery, not so much as Torres' though! But Valencia has never been that good, to be honest. He can't cross, shoot; all he can do is run.
This goal for Rooney is very good for Utd! We need a fit Wayne!

Rooney is a very efficient and effective footballer nowadays.
Gone are the days of the 50 yard bursts but in its place is a player who can score and create goals from deep or as the central striker.
He is a great player to have at United and one who will hopefully have something to say v Madrid.
Kagawa has surely played his way into the team for Tuesday as well.
