Spot on, I remember at Spurs v Wigan so many fans beside me where boo'ing come FT. The media were a joke with the whole 'AVB has 3 games to save Spurs career' stuff as well, but that's the media for you.
It's funny how quickly things change.

We are not immune to fackwit fans. Every club has then and there are a few who go to WHL. Booers and early leavers and those moaning all the facking time
its scary to think what AVB could potentially do when he gets another pre season to work with the team and mould them even more, and get more of his own players in.

Doesn't always work like that. After the invincibles season, who would have guessed Arsenal would go 8 of the next 9 years potless under Wenger who was a god at the time.
I'm not a booer but I could understand the Wigan boos - ridiculous sub at 1-0 down. Not a team-boo more a sub boo.
The Jenas booing? Personally I though it was more booing Defoe going off (if memory serves me correct) rather than Jenas coming on. That's my perception at the game, and only a tiny amount of people.
Chronic - you've said booing was justified before remember .
Post Arry/Modric/VDV frustration/resentment at that stage.

HRH we have been over this before.
i personally have never booed but i condoned it on two occasions - once when ghaly threw his shirt, and secondly last season when we displayed relegation form for almost a third of the season, which was wholly unacceptable.
to boo a new manager and team after 2 and 3 games is utterly ridiculous.
Not a booer of my own team in any situation personally but I think anyone has the right to do it as much as I have the right to cane them for it
Wigan Defoe/Ade sub was fair enough for me, no problem with anyone doing it really
Good points
But why do you wum buck when he's attempting to do the same as avb ........ Rome not being built in a day

Chicken - play nice. Don't make me bring up the Harry decision to shut up shop at villa last year bringing Parker on for Defoe - that's a bigger error imo
Ah yes the classic we need to win so let's bring on a dm who never scores for one of our bigger goal threats
flashyflibble

Are you referring to the 89th minute sub, taking off a player who was flaking, for one who had 100% energy in the tank?
Go for it. Lets discuss it.
