So why feel the need to post on out board if you no longer concider us rivals?
YES!
No more inane JH drivel
Both of you have valid points.
Walsall pushing for a playoff spot. Not inconceivable there will be a swap in leagues.
Was thinking that on Saturday - in a good vein of form.
HRH Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal Al Saud has a few quid. All it would take is a wistful moment whilst watching our distinctive gold shirts conceding a sloppy goal from an O'Hara backpass on Al Jazeera sport.
They are impulsive like that.
"I want that football club. Get me that football club now"
"But who are they - Manchester United?"
"I don't know, but they have a wolf head on their shirts. I like gold and I like wolves. We shall make them the best team in the world"
Later on, at the bar...
"Did they accept my offer of £70m?"
"I spoke to a Mister Moxey who said they had to be worth at least £90m due to his boss having invested heavily in a new stand and an academy"
"Tell him I'll give him £100m - we earn't that in interest last month"
"What about the financial fair play rules that are coming into force next year?"
"I haven't got where I am today by playing fair, let alone by any rules. We shall have to buy UEFA as well. Do this football team have any enemies?"
"I looked on the internet and they are constantly attacked by the fans of West Bromwich Albion"
"I will see to it that they are destroyed"
Wrong article, but hey ho.
Another classic Herbert fail
2004,
Walsall 4-1 WBA
I remember being there. Horrible day and staggering what's happened to both clubs in just 9 years.
Walsall used to be our 'bogey' team before Stoke came along.
Walsall, Coventry, Shrewsbury and potentially Wolves' Staffordshire pot-making cousins Port Vale all in League 1 next season.
Midland's also-rans.
Fits about as much as Walsall v Albion, Coxy
