That figure is front loaded as well - it has all season book costs etc included and anyone who has any knowledge of football clubs knows that the latter half of the year is all cost...

why? did you forget all the oldco's footballing debt and fines the newco has had to pay?

the year end and next interim figures will give a better picture of the finances. no one off payments and no old debts/ fines to be settled

No. but that only accounts for £2.8 of the £7m loss.

On the face of it the club is hemorrhaging money with half of the year still to go with very little income evident (sponsor deals dont kick in till next football year)...but it seems some of your fellow posters want Rangers to be the new "Fight club"

their hands are tied on the revenue front, we are limited what we can charge for tickets due to the SFL rules. we also aren't receiving our entitlement to TV money as we were blackmailed into giving this up for league membership

The club is losing money and this shows the need to get back to the SPL.

alot will depend on league re-construction. if we get a genuine promotion then yes, if not then i can't see them being able to justify it tbh.
