does make ya wonder how much further we cld be with another striker...
I was scepitcal about the rotating of the defence as it has never worked in the past to great effect. I don't know what AVB has done but it works!
and that defeat against Everton should never have happened. But on the other hand we did save a point against Man Utd at WHL.
Well all 4 C/B s are quality and would get in most teams in the prem league.
I never even felt nevous after 80 minutes yest as i knew we would not concede and thats not the thought process of a Tottenham fan

The irony is that form only means you get 2.4 points per game so after a 38 game season would be 91.2 points which is impressive but you only did this for 15 games. Man utd so far have averaged 2.535 points per game over 28 games so if we keep that up until end of season man utd will end of an average 96.35 points.
Anyway for tottenham that is good run of form.
we won the 3 games before the Everton game so it would now of been a 16 game unbeaten run
weare the 2013 Invincible`s
yes i know this is not a normal season and UTD could get a record points haul, but most seasons in prem league 91 points would win the title i believe
thfc we are only doing slightly better then last season, luckily man city are doing far worse so ven if we bottle it m,man city should drop enough points for man utd to win title anyway.
united are facking class though....
What is Utds record points for prem league season .. ?
P16 W11 D4 L1
That is a good run of form in the PL.
Another three non-losses equals the best sequence (in length) of 2011-2. Three more consecutive wins (big ask) matches it completely.
chelsea have record at 95 I think man utd got 91 when we won title by 18 points in 2000-01 season.

Yep that is correct 91 is our most in 38 game season, Anyway if ,an utd can keep winning every game up to the derby and man city drop points quite a few we could win the title very unlikely but it could be perfect revenge.
so most seasons 91 points would win it so its title winning form
Amazing to think that soon after that run of 18 games in our 2011/12 season (P18 W14 L1 D3) we went LLLDDWDLL (P9 W1 L5 D3).
That followed a similar pattern of the season before when we went LDDDWDDLDL going from the brink of 3rd on 47 pts to 6th with just 56 points 10 games later.
I think most Spurs fans are comfortable that this sort of slump is not going to happen this season.....but who knows
Poor ChuckenMug must be scrëwing. He's had that anti Spurs/AVB article drafted since December
Chicken is redrafting it as we speak to say how much he loves AVB and how right we were
Still expecting a slump akin to 2010-11.
But not like 2011-12 (AVB has made the squad too resilient) .
RDBD.........I don't think we will fall away like last season, as I think the character of the team seems much stronger. For instance when did you see the players leap all over Harry after a goal?
There is a spirit & strength that AVB & his team has instilled in the squad that is very encouraging!
Genius :
The stats still suggest something akin to 2010-11 will occur.
Ex : Dembele injury. Is it <standard> etc ??
Have Faith.........we will be okay!
