the reason there are so many haters is cause of trolls like u ONH. what goes around comes around.
I don't go on other boards..... but yea, i'm sure our lot give it out just as loud.
You gotta laugh it off. I had my moan after the match, with fellow reds, then we went about our evening and had a laugh, as always.
Cup competitions are always gonna bring about these sort of games.... happens to all the clubs (well, all the English clubs!).
UTD v Chelsea is gonna be a pretty wild one though..... OT will be rocking again.
I think it just makes it easier for fans of Arsenal, Liverpool etc to swallow the failures of their own clubs. Lets not deny them their major source of joy in the whole season, which come from a game in which their club is not even involved.
City and Chelsea fans at least have some success to back up the wumming.
What Kamikaze says /\ /\
As for the MANY decent United fans, you were robbed last night but you have the league in the bag and are looking good for the foreseeable
knowing there's people out there like you make it so much sweeter.
You've had it bad the last 25 years.
don't worry. come may we will have the last laugh. when arsenal are 5th and wenger is stating they don't need anyone, arsenal fans will be crying there demise is beautiful. chelsea fans have more class than the gunner lot.
rafa is an idiot - you will stuff Chelsea, with sideshow bob and cahill they are wide open at the back. unless you have clattenburg or his Turkish cousin then anything is possible.
I hope that we don't get backlashed, but i'm not counting on it. It's not even a comfort that RVP is not scoring ATM as you just know that Nani, Evra, Hernandez, Rooney are all liable for a goal v us
Being honest its good that Sunday is a big cup tie, full house/ good atmosphere, it'll help everybody get over last night's disapointment.
Never a sending off for me I don't think Nani had any intentions of hitting Arbeloa and he literally only saw him a milisecond before they collided. Dangerous play? Yes but without intent cannot be more then a yellow.
Worst thing about it was it ruined what had up to that point been a very entertaining game. I'm a Liverppol fan and have no love for united but I would have been happy to see united go through cause it was a fine performance and the match changed completley on the sending off.
One other point, Wellbeck was very good, if the lad could finish he would be a top player
cheers kneerash.
Cup football can be harsh at times.
I can see why he gave it myself. Didn't get the ball and risked injury to the other player with a high boot.
I think some people need to read the actual rules. Intent has absolutely nothing to do with it I'm afraid.
Even a former United player admitted it was a clear
I don't think it was a clear red by any means and I'd be gutted if it were one of ours by I can see why he gave it considering the actual rules.

I bet you couldn't at the time though.... only once a pundit told you what to think/say.
I was sat with scousers, city fans, the lot.... everyone's jaw dropped.
it was harsh, but i dont think united cope well with going to 10. they didnt start to play till it was too late. playing with 10 when your in the lead is about digging in - for example subbing an attacker for a holding player or a defender.

Also a player who has an axe to grind with SAF. Even last season SAF had to put him straight when he was overly critical. I don't know why ITV thinks of him as someone who represents united in their panel.

Yep - when I saw it at first I was thinking what the hell is the ref playing at. When I say the reply and Nani taking a player out at chest height, off the floor and not in control whilst not getting any contact with the ball I thought I can see why he has given it.
At no point did a pundit tell me what to think/say.
thats all overhead kicks given straight reds then, is it???

If they kick the other player without getting the ball then quite possibly yes.
eboue got sent off for a similar challenge on nani
At no point did a pundit tell me what to think/say.

Sure... you might even believe that.....
If Keano hadn't said what he did.... I bet a grand total of zero people would be on here talking about how it was a red, or even the possibility.
It was a ludicrous decision followed up by a daft bit of punditry.
It is fairly simple.... Like the ludicrous decision to send off RVP against Barca or the many ludicrous decisions in the Chelsea v Barca game.
You'll look smarter to just hold your hands up to what your eyes saw... Regardless of which club the decision was against.
to be honest I dont want to get into a debate about the ref, not worth it.
Right just off out too cancel my turkish Hoilday.
Poor from your manager not to stand up and face the music after the game.

...............................
What music was he supposed to face?
Compliments for the way he tactically approached the game?
Criticism for his red card decision?
That second one wasn't actually our manager... generally facing the music is a bad thing, given he hadn't done anything wrong but had actually done quite well....
There wasn't any music to face.
