Today is very sunny but a cold wind is blowing. It's supposed to get up to 18c on Sunday and 20c Monday. It's not been too bad compared to the UK but last winter was a lot better.

SWIE please can let me know what internet browser you use? i.e. Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox etc?

It sounds like the media plug-in that your internet browser uses is not working or up to date. Open up a new browser or tab and type the following address in the address line at the top of your browser:

http://get2.adobe.com/flashplayer/

This takes you to the Adobe Flash player page where you need to download the updated player - BUT DON'T HIT DOWNLOAD YET

There is an advert for Google Chrome under the title and unless you un-tick that box as well as getting the latest Flash player you will also download the latest version of Google Chrome which if you don't use Google Chrome is not needed. If you have Google Chrome already I would still untick the box as you already have the program so don't need to download it again.

I use Safari, so I un-tick the box that says "Yes, install Google Chrome - optional (29.25 MB)" as I don't need it.

Then click on the 'Download Now' button and then the Adobe Flash page will direct you on what you need to press and can be found here:
1. When dialog box appears, click Run
2. When Security Warning dialog box appears, click Run.
3. When User Account Control dialog box appears, click Yes.

I don't know if this will fix your problem, but would be my first port-of-call. Catch you on Sat before the game.

jah, well done 5*un i spilt a cup of tea over my laptop thursday
night ,put it in the airing cupboard overnight & put a hair dryer on it,this morning friday its working somewhat but no cap locks if i press cap locks it crashes the computer
will have to let it dry out a little more, if i have any more problems i will get in touch
