Torres even worse when he came on.

Ba follows the ball, Torres goes where he thinks it will be; hence Ba scores more goals, hence better striker

Ba is strong and at least hold the ball up for some of our more creative players. Torres does NOTHING whatsoever a truly pointless individual. Plus give Ba a chance he has tie to develop and improve but is not good enough to be our lead striker.

And what a goal from Hazard really impressed on his first season in PL

Demba Ba isn't good enough for for Chelsea. Jovetic or Falcao would be ideal.

Ba still >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Torres

although to be fair my 6 years dead grandad would be better than Torres

hazard

it's the individual brilliance of him and Mata been keeping us going this season

Ba is a short term fix to our centre forward problem. Not really good enough to be our main striker, but a much better alternative to Torres.

Would be a good back-up to someone like Falcao next season.

Not sure how you can say that the joint 3rd highest goalscorer in the Premiership this season is trash.

Ba´s lack of goals since he came to Chelsea says more about the club and the chaotic season we´re experiencing than anything else.

Maybe he isn´t quite good enough to be our first choice striker but he is much better than Torres and Ba surely has a future at Chelsea even if it is just as a very useful squad striker.

Chelsea FC is a striker's graveyard. They come here to die except for Drogba.

That's because we either buy them when they past their best; Shevchenko and Torres. Or they lose the hunger once they make the step up to a big team from a smaller one. Trick then is to use competition to keep them motivated.

Also, we don't have manager's in play long enough to get the best out of them!

That´s just not true.

Look at the strikers who have thrived at Chelsea over the years - Drogba, Anelka, Gudjohnsen, Haselbaink, Zola to name a few off the top of my head.

And as for Ba give him a proper chance to play with a run of games before you label him a flop.

It´s not Ba´s fault that he wasn´t played regularly from the start like he should have been.

When Ba came to Chelsea he was in great goal-scoring form but Rafa rotated him out of form in order to play the donkey instead.

There is a problem that some managers like Benitez are very good tactically for special games but they touch the system and the squad too much for the other games and cause inconsistancy.
