Adkins.
It's Nigel Adkins.
Given that half of the fans don't even know his surname and the other half have gag-reflex reactions to managers named Nigel, then Brian McDermott would be a great plan
If you took half of Brian together with half of Clough you would have your answer. BUT knowing you sheep you'd take the two bits that are wrong and end up with Nigel McDermott......who the hells he?
Nigel McDermott
Nigel is a founding Director of Morrigan Partners Limited and also a founding partner of Cardinal Capital Group a proprietary investment boutique with capital allocations to private equity and wholesale financial market trading. Cardinal’s private equity investments are focused predominantly in financial services. Nigel was a founding Director of International Investment & Underwriting, a proprietary investment vehicle regulated by the Central Bank holding memberships of the London and Dublin Stock Exchanges. Nigel was responsible for capital allocation both to internal trading strategies and external investments. Prior to establishing IIU Nigel co-founded NCB Group. Nigel is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (FCSI).

Thanks sph, are you sure he's the right one though? On second thought I think he'd be ideal for you and probably as clueless at football management as NLN
Lovin it!
Never mind the sheep dip isn't so far away from Toton and the real world is it?
Adkins diet more like, ha haha
Lay off the paraffin, RBF
Pep - you don't want to get involved with micro-analysing these kind of situations. Trust me, he'll be fine....(probably).
It doesn't matter who the manager of Derby County football club is, because GSE will not invest money in the club.
If there is no money being put in to spend on decent players, then there is no point in trying to get a better manager in the first place... the club continues to be going nowhere and some of that is because Nigel Clough hasn't had the balls to stand up for himself as he should have done.
Then....................
Baa!...Sell,owner!!!!!
GSE Out !!!!!!!!!!!!
That's your problem. So save yourselves with your democratic right to protest.
YOU HAVE A CHOICE!
(a Kirk Brandon reference there for those of the old skool).
You know in almost 100% all cases of an employee getting hissed-off with their employers, it the employee who ends up on the dole!
Young Cloughie may just think more of DCFC, (i.e. the club, its history and all it stands for in the community) than cutting off his nose to spite his face?
should have typed.........
"almost 100% of all cases"
Hope I've been of some assistance tonight! Same time next week,
Peace and love.

I think you're right. But that doesn't always have to be the way. It's time to make a stand.
RIGHT HERE, AND RIGHT NOW!!!!
Well, not now, actually, as I've got to bed.
And, anyway, this is not my battle, it's yours.
Best of luck though.

Probably got a little carried away!
Monday night, the missus choir practice (or SSS!) and all that. You've got the rest of the week off now!

Half of Brian and half of Clough? So, the permutations, allowing for rounding, are:
Bri Clo
Bri Ugh
Ian Clo
Ian Ugh
You Dogs aren’t very good at working out what ‘half’ means, Pep. Did you go to school with Strett?
(And if so, was she born a boy? I’m asking out of anthropological interest, you understand, not in a pervy kind of way.)
Sheep, Yep....the school of watching good football at the City Ground
Didn't realise you were both that old
