How much would it have cost to have went to this for the week? Pretty expensive i would imagine?
Cross Country race is now the final race at 5 45
I went the whole week in 2011 NNH with my gf, in total cost £350 for hotel for 5 nights, £200 in cabs, £170 odd for the tickets
Maybe, I'll just get home from work in time to see my acca come up.
Plus food drinks etc and betting you're looking at a good 1200 minimum
I'd need to take at least £5,000.
That's why I never get to go.
I'm going to start saving for next year with this year's winnings.
I'd never go Gold Cup Day again though, way way too busy, was just $hit, queueing ages for a bet, for a drink, for food, can barely see nothing, can just about move.
Just horrible and didn't enjoy it in the slight. The other 3 are great though.
And yeh i need about 2k Henrik
Would love to be able to do it but by the sounds of it, you need a good few thou just to enjoy yourself and be prepared to lose
Funnily enough i ended up winning quite a bit at the Scottish national last year, going again this year
