i said earlier that for a 32 year old on 80k a week i wouldnt be happy if we paid half of that. 25% at best.

A bullet dodged here i think. Tabloids would have loved it he's easy to wind up and would have been good for lots of daft stories and quotes. After watching the weekend's action though it's clear we need another striker, Stokes' work rate is a joke and only looked the part when the LOI select were completely done in and he was able to showboat a little.

yes they will be the pairing because sami, murphy and maloney are not the answer either. we need a decent foil for hooper and stokes inst it for me.

I am well happy at this news the last thing we need is another injury prone over the hill supposed fan taking up valuable wages. And while i am here get riud of sammy, maloney , loovens and the rest who are taking a wedge for doing heehaw

Stokes isn't good enough. A league of Ireland select competed with us for 70 minutes.
