" Why the f not?"

Look at idiot piping up in the background.

Not only that. If say something half the forum is going to hang at my words, changing the context, or the whole meaning behind it. "Dubbed thinks he's a boxer lolz" "Wannabe fighter lmao", etc, is all you're going read for the next few weeks.

WNM, seen both of them. Quality films

True, Santi, but you could say the same of Ali, Frasier and certainly Foreman. Point being, they proved themselves as the greats. I don't think Tyson ever did.

Maybe it was a case of wrong place wrong time, but we cannot change that and can only speculate what would have happened.

His decline is well documented due to his actual lack of rounded skills as a boxer. Fantastic and explosive fighter and an unfullfilled talent perhaps. Cetainly not one of the great boxers.

Dubbed I promise not to mock you.

Do you box?

I see. Understandable. I remember some guy at school started boxing and started to think he was a real don. He annoyed me a lot one day and I just booted him in the chest. Took him clean out. I got isolation but it was well worth it.

Needless to say he stopped showing off after that

Such a liar, Kamran.

I agree with you on that Daz.

Just as an extra thought, anyone else think Ali was a massive bell?

The Ip Man films are great. He also beats a boxer in that.

Kamran
i think there is a Number 3 being made.

Well that answers your questions about Boxing vs Muay Thai.

Don't be silly Darren. His decline had more to do with his mental issues.

He was not some brute who just overpowered opponents. He was a very skilled combination puncher. A boxer puncher. Very hard to hit in his peak.

Daz you're defo in your 70s man.

Dubbed, true that had an effect. But the point I was making was how with the physical decline he was not quite up to it as he didn't has the skills at a high enough level to counter his loss of speed and power.

Not saying he was a novice boxer and just a hard hitter, but he certainly wasn't an all time great boxer, in my opinion.

Man, I wish I could walk up to somebody and lay a Sweet Chin Music on them. Defo in my "Top 10 things To Do Before I Die" list.

You're right Darren.
He definitely among the top 5 best KO artists though. That bit can't be denied.

What do you think about Mayweather though? Incredibly talented man.
I would get so tired of all the sheep trying to claim Pacquiao would beat him.
Mayweather would dispose of him with relative ease imo.

I've never really gotten into UFC Darren, tbh, which is weird cos' I love watching martial arts and chit. It just seems so "grappley". Half the time it looks like they're hugging each other.

Paquiao could never beat Mayweather imo, certainly not in his prime.

I'm great at grappling. I can floor people for fun.

UFC's garbage. Just couple of guys teabagging each other on the floor. No but seriously, there's no subtlety or art to it.
It's just brutal violence.
