I'm not sure you can lay the blame at Robbo, although he did take Izale off too early. It should be placed firmly at the door of Pete Winkelman who loans out our only 1st team centre who wouldn't have been bullied by the Shrews' big attackers and then moans that he is frustrated we aren't promoted.
Furz but to be fair to Pete, he has given Robbo free rein to bring in loanees but he just keeps bringing in midfielders
Robbo has bought in Izale, Bamford, Balanta, Zeli Ismail and Ibrahim Sekajja, but none of them as really worked out, although I thought Izale was worth at least 60 minutes in last night's game.
The trouble with Williams and Kaye is that they let the ball bounce and their strikers only had to go boo and they froze.
Another thing that is annoying me why does Harford have to keep interrupting the players when they are warming up, no wonder they lose concentration, he must spend his time chatting and gossiping in training.
But how many of them have been given a run to establish temselves?
I don't think any of the loan players have shone this season while others have also failed to make the grade, like Jabo, MacDonald and O'Shea.
It makes the loaning out our recognised centre half unfathomable, unless we had already given up on promotion beforehand or it was just an offer we couldn't refuse?
It certainly put doubts that we are serious about being promoted. A player has only to play well and Winkie will be hawking him to any Championship club willing to show an interest as long as there is any sort of cover.
"I'm not sure you can lay the blame at Robbo"
A... hahahahahahahahahahaha...
Signed the players. Trained the players. Decided the tactics. Made the substitutions. Etc, etc...
Please, keep Agent Corden, he's a godsend.
Good of you to should an interest now you think AFCW is safe.
Yes Robbo did sign the players (though not in the legal sense ), train the players, decide the tactics, made the substitutions, etc. [one you missed out select the players]
He signed Big Mac, trained Big Mac, work out tactics with Big Mac, selected Big Mac when he was available, etc. The trouble is Big Mac is at Blackpool and therefore was not available when we needed him.
I like the bit about "Agent Corden". Is that your bit for Comic Relief? And good of you to side with Winkie, a new detente.
"A... hahahahahahahahahahaha..."
What kind of a laugh is that?
It's multiple choice answer:

Surely that should have been

Alby, I think you are being a bit harsh on Bath, it must have taken a lot for him to admit that AFC Wimbledon are nothing more than a Pub Team.

Another great result? LOLz Defined by a pub team.
Defined by a pub tream that lost 4-0 to the bottom club. You only wish you were good enough to be a pub team.
