Blackpool have an option to extend Ince's deal by a year, and Honda's contract expires in December I think.

Honda would be a good attacking midfielder but that position is not a priority.
Defence needs to be sorted first.

Why not just play Glen Johnson on the right hand side, he's definitely worth a go there.

Dzagoev is a great player but we haqve Coutinho now, the poaching type of midfielder. But Coutinho also creates a lot.

I think we lack speed - in the truest sense. Downing is quick but short of him we dont have much else.

Sterling will take a back seat in my opinion, he is quick but not powerful.

If the rumours about sanchez are true, This would fill this need.

All nice players but will mean nothing unless we can get a defender or two. Once that's done we probably won't have a huge amount of cash for the attacking options

Neither player is out of contract in the summer.

We have zero chance of signing Isco, who has been one of the best players in the CL this season. The rich clubs will be all over him like a tramp on chips.

I think we might sign Ince as we tried in January (and he can play on EITHER side).

Honda I think is just idle chat, I personally don't think we have any interest at all.

In terms of funds it will depend on sales.

If we can get rid of Carroll, probably for £12m or thereabouts , and Coates leaves for £6m approx, then we should be able to afford to improve the defence and further forward.

If we can add five quality out-field players to:

Johnson, Wisdom, Kelly, Agger, Enrique.
Lucas, Allen, Gerrard, Henderson.
Downing, Coutinho.
Sturridge, Suarez.

I will be happy: two defenders, two midfielders, striker.

Skrtel, Coates, Spearing, Pacheco, Carroll. Possibly Shelvey, Assadi and Borini if the offer is decent can all be used to increase funds as IMO we would not miss them.

Assaidi sold to ajax in exchange for eriksen

Sell Borini.

Kid's hardly had a chance to play.

It will be interesting to see what clauses the players have in the teams that go down, if Saints go down I would be keen on Gaston to come in, younger and better than Honda in my opinion, but wouldn't mind Honda on a free either.

I disagree Greateams.

I think Assaidi has looked distinctly average.

He has some great tekkers but his movement is awful and his end product non-existent.

Coutinho has shown how to play that wide forward role and produce.

And coutinho actuallys helps defend
