They have £45m worth of attack at their disposal MON is such a crap manager
He has one style and it doesn't work with their players, plus he wasted his money on overpaid average players, again! Lol
It's as if Sunderland aren't really trying. There's no overall drive to the team. Wonder if the fact that John Robertson isn't part of the backroom staff any more (not sure why) has anything to do with it. To be fair to MON, the signings he inherited from Bruce (over the top MU players etc) weren't great.
It'll take a radical improvement in form to get them out of trouble. Useful for us, I still reckon Wigan will survive, which means we need other candidates for that 3rd relegation spot.
Wigan look like they will get something today but no matter. There are 5 teams above us that we can easily catch or leap over in the next 3 games. Forget about Wigan until that match. We gotta at least pull the absymal Sunderland and Southampton into the battle.

They do but should be down to ten men that tackle was horrendous, and no foul given

Sunderland have a great chance against us (United) next weekend.
We are 15 points clear and play Chelsea two days later away in the Replay. I think Fergie will rest most of our first 11. Our second team will still give them a decent game but I wouldn't bet on us that day that's for sure.

i will if they go down.
will be happy though.
they add nothing to the league and its a long away day that i will probably never do.
I couldn't give a fack about Sunderland, but MON produced the best football and times I've seen as a Villa fan, so wouldn't know what to think if they did go down.
At Villa MON brought and played a lot of average Villa players and brought the best out of a small knit group. He had some gems in that group, i.e. Young...but at Sunderland it's not working.

dont you worry about us andy
you have more to worry about when ade bangs in a hatrick in each of his next three games
Ade cant-be-bothered-anymore wouldn't get in our starting 11
Chronic, ade couldn't bang a door shut mate.
ade is our highest earner
Bent and Ireland probably are snap
ade is our highest earner
sell him to MON!
With Fletcher out for the rest of the season goes all hope of survival. MON adds yet another scalp to his list of shame - £27m loss and counting.
He cost Villa over £85m
With Fletcher out for the rest of the season
Where did you read that?
i dont understand how you guys messed up soo bad this year you actually have a very good midfield i rate Larsson very highly. And Martin O'neill is generally a good manager.
Don't worry about us...We are more than likely going to tonk Man U on Saturday to put an end to any doubt..
love the optimism
Danny Graham going to save you?
