Cheers Stoopo, i missed that. Whilst initially worrying it would appear that the deal must almost be finalised if that's the case.
I think so! Hopefully it will be concluded quickly and we can look to the future - Bates free and with some stability for the club and supporters.

white BL...is that link you posted to do with sheikh mohammed...if so, then yes please bring him on.....he was interested in liverpool a few years back in a 400mill deal but gillett & gilks one wanted to sell & the other didn't i think, so he pulled out...it'll be good for him york race course is just up the road, & it'll be mega for us....
