Anderson (and cash) for Rodriguez?

i agree with Macca,

we have given anderson 6 years now, most of them interupted by knee injuries.

this problem hasnt surfaced in a while now, and we have had a commanding lead now for a while, so maybe fergie and the utd staff think that not playing Anderson will help him for next season.

its not like he isnt getting any game time at all.

Andersons potential is there to see ( and im not talking potential to be a good player as you would a youngster, he has ability) im on about the potential to actually put a run together without injuries.

Statman John

He was predominantly right footed. Like Fabio, he also has a good left foot.

irwin was right footed, but could also use his left very well.

Irwin was one of the most 2 footed players ever.

Exactly. not sure that Fabio is up to that level with his left foot, but I guess we will find out next season as I dont see SAF using him as back up for his twin brother.

Irwin is right footed.

Irwin has a third foot which was immense at free kicks.

I have a 3rd leg, but it doesn't have a foot. It has a head, with one eye.

Indeed

Something that some don't realise about Carrick too

Yep. But you would still class Carrick as right footed.

So when does a player become two footed?

I'd say that Irwin fits that bill as does Carrick. Not convinced that Fabio is, but I'd be happy if I am wrong.

He can use his left foot, but he is predominantly right footed and thats what he uses the majority of time.

irwin on the other hand was as comfortable with his left as he was his right.

one of the most underated utd players ever.

Carrick is as two footed as they come

Remember not long back his 2 goals from outside ofthe box? one was with his left foot and one with his right

He favours his right but his passing is nigh on as accurate with his left too

Agree with Macca.

Carrick can get the ball in any position and pass it with ease on either foot. And yeah, Irwin was a two footed legend too.

I haven't seen enough of Rodriguez to give fait comment. What I do know is that Anderson is unreliable and of questionable quality. For this reason alone, I'd probably say yes purely based on the Rodriguez hype. If Anderson hasn't proven himself by npw, the he will never be world class; something I understand Rodriguez has the potential to become?

Was RVP ever considered to be world class before he finally shook off the injury problems?
