Last summer Oli Price Bates was telling me on msn (yes i have him on there, when i used it) and he was saying that he expected at least 4 signings to come but probably more like 6 or 7. This was after cazorla was confirmed. It wasnt even youth he was talking about it was proper players who'd get into our first 11. He argued with me when i said it wont be true we would never sign that many. Guess what we didnt sign anyone else. His sources are rubbish (if he has any)

Lex, I only copied a tweet from him. I often share his views on twatter. That's all. I dont know where he had that Rosicky news from.

dont listen to him, he copies people (who are mainly unreliable) and he hasnt really got a source. Hes 19 for heavens sake how can you believe a 19 year old

Did I say I believe it?

Podolski has been freaking useless.Has done feck all since coming on.Disappointing!

Billy you seem quite obsessed with him mate.

He doesn't claim to be an ITK, just shares his opinions. And when he said he's more reliable than Sky, I doubt he was being literal, Sky aren't exactly reliable anymore, are they?

My god Spain are simply the most boring team in the world to watch. Dreadful.

@Kenafro
Podolski hasn't been fit for more than a month, only 10 minutes here 10 minutes there... the game he played today was not brilliant, but absolutely not crap like you said.

Back to the original topic of this thread:
I don't think the "false nine" works for Germany. This was evident even against a dismal Kazakhstan. They had half a dozen midgets running around in midfield and no one who really tried to score a goal. Götze looks lost in the box, especially when crosses come in from the flanks. (Why did they cross so much, by the way? Spain at least know that it doesn't make sense to cross when you play a false 9 formation, but Löw doesn't seem to understand this.)
