Only game I cannot find a line up is Sporting in November.
You didn't have a game 23rd October, closest is Villa at home.
And you definitely didn't play Barca in the NextGen series this season.

Expecting to see a few Sporting players named, seeing as they played Villa and Spurs and beat both in England.

Dylan McGeough is going to be an absolute star as is Tony Watt.
Biased? Yes but I genuinely believe these 2 will be great players.

^^^ Surely neither of them played in the NextGen series?

Why?
posted on 23/3/13
Because one is 20, the other is 19 and both are often in the Celtic first team squad.

McGeough played against sporting Lisbon in November
And Watt scored in both legs against Barcelona (as well as the dream-maker agianst their big team)

That was last season I believe. He has about 25 appearances for the first team this season hasn't he?

I don't follow the Nextgen series, don't know when it starts/ends, to be truthful, I don't really care.
Is it a rule that 1st team players cannot play?
posted on 23/3/13
No, just would be a surprise if a first teamer was used. It is an under 18 competition but you are allowed a couple of over-aged players.

Sporting have been decent, to be fair we gifted them 4 goals,

I think Sporting are favourites now. Looking at their squad they have a few with first team appearances as well.

Fair enough.

I don't think Sporting will win it, they were lucky our keeper was an absolute dog or we would of won the game.

When we beat Barca they had a guy on the wing called Adama (Spelling is probably wrong). Didn't seem like your typical Barca player but he was ridiculously good

Ajax had a few too
