I can't help but wonder if Yennaris will ever start breaking into the first team. Seems very much like another who won't quite make it.
Hopefully we'll squeek through. Gnabry is a big lose, but when you have Akpom in your team, there's no need to fret.
GT, 1-2.
Melo, I cannot see it tbh. He is a good little player, but hasn't got that extra bit needed. No better than Craig Eastmond was 4 years ago, tbh.

Sadly, the same will be true for most of the youth team. Although, Bellarin, Toral and Akpom are all getting high praise.
There's a reason why Barcelona are still whinging over Toral and Bellerin. They are fecking awesome.
Dj, are you turning up to the game?
Melo... Of the current crop I would say Akpom, Gnabry, Bellerin and Hayden look the ones with the best chance.
Hayden has something a bit extra compared to the likes of Yennaris, Eastmond and those sort of players. More physical and ever improving with the ball (although he had a nightmare playing "in the hole" role last week.
Are there any tickets still available? Can't imagine a next gen game being sold out tbf. Have nothing on this evening so might as well go and support the youngsters !
Good Boy DJM.
Gio ahead El Capitan. Our lads could do with the support. I'm busy late in work today so i won't make it, though i would have liked to take my little lad along.
El Capitan, yeah tickets available. £2 for members, £4 for non members. Just go to Arsenal.com and get one.
I've never been to a youth game before. Had no idea they play at the emirates. Hopefully the tickets today are reasonably priced and are available to non members. Haven't been to the emirates this season....

They don't normally,it is just for the latter stages of the Youth Cup and Nextgen.
Ah cheers mate I'm gonna talk to a few friends and force them to come along. What's the attendance usually like at these games?
Reasonably large, El. The semi-final of the Youth Cup in 2009 saw nearly 10,000 people turn up to the Emirates.
I remember the FA Youth Cup Final, 1st leg
Thu 4th May 2000, Highbury
Coventry City 1 (0) Arsenal 3 (0)
this was our youth team 13 years ago

Jay Bothroyd was the best on the night, but abit greedy. Wish I could go to this NextGen game
We'll never forget him. The next Tony Adams.
I can see some of these players will be playing in Championship in few years time like Jay Bothroyd...
This is the first game they have played at the Emirates i think. Tickets are like £4 so well worth it if you live close by.
Jay Bothroyd is an England international with plenty of Premier League and Serie A experience. I am sure loads of these players would dream of reaching that!
It's like Oxford grad working in John Lewis as a sales floor manager. [ contradicting Arsenal academy is one of the best in Europe]
