I can't say I hate Leicester or any other club side, certain players I cannot abide and as a Gloucester fan I was hoping for a Tigers win.

To the game itself, blimey they were good, Waldrom looked like a world beater, Croft was incredible, Tuilagi was the best I've seen in ages, even Matthew Tait was putting in some formidable tackles

The Toulon Leicester game will be fantastic, Quins seem a little out of form, as do Munster, so that might not be for the purest, Saracens seem ruthlessly efficient, and Ulster appear to be a bit off the boil, so that might not be a classic so there appears to be one genuine stand out game, though I guess all will up there anti (was very tempted to put auntie)

a big question going forward for england is how do they fit croft, robshaw and wood into 2 positions?

as a gloucester fan what do you reckon to jonny may, for me he's one of the most exiting young english player ive seen in a long time and for me he's got to play for england in the june tour to argentina

First I'd go for Croft Morgan Robshaw with Wood as cover at 6 or tobe brought in against more powerful scrums like Wales or the South Sea island sides

Lancaster likes to bring in players bit by bit, which given the youth of the England side I think is right. The weak spots at present are experience, which will come, cover at 8 which might be Billy Vunipola and a lack of dynamism in the backs. This is the biggest bit, but I think we have the players in Burns at 10 May and Sharples at 11, Twelvetrees at 12, Ashton - who I think needs a rest - and Wade at 14 and Brown and Foden at 15

A bit of international practice in the summer and autumn should do it , before building familiarity in 2014 and then a side to genuinely challenge in the World Cup. Therein lies the theory.

For me May is the real deal and an outside chance at a Lions slot is a possibility if Gloucester finish well.

Tom Youngs will be the England hooker for years to come imo. His throwing is getting better and will improve further.

SARS - whilst that backline of yours would be brilliant fun to watch going forward I think it would get smashed to pieces at international level on defence.

Sharples, Wade and Burns aren't strong defenders and May has his moments. I think you'll need to temper it with more steel against certain nations.

The problem England have is that they currently only have one weapon... Tuilagi and everyone can defend it.

As has been said if you now go to the philosophy of "trust a player to do his job" Twelvetrees (or at least Allen) should start at inside centre.

I'm going to nail my tigers flag to the mast and say with Flood standing flat, Twelvetrees outside him and Tuilagi outside HIM all of a sudden the defence needs to watch three players... throw Care/Youngs in at scrum half and it becomes 4... all of a sudden the spaces are there for whoever wants them.

Go to the back line - I thought Tait had a good game yesterday but I'd still have Foden, pick May on one wing and (I actually quite like Brown on the other) an other and you have a penetrative and quite attacking looking back line all of a sudden.
