A fairer comparison would be Bergkamp vs Zola.
very different players as has been said but Drogba is better.
Bergkamp gets very overrated because of his aesthetically pleasing style.

nomadic, there are some Arsenal fans here who think Bergkamp > Henry...
They take this beautiful thing way too far.
Drogba was good but calling Bergkamp overrated proves your lack of football knowledge
next up: Zola Vs Bendtner

Bendtner (in his mind anyway)

I hate arsenal and Chelsea as much as each other so I guess my view is as neutral as they come. Bergkamp was a superb player but Drogba for me is along with Henry arecthe best strikers to ever grace the prem. so for me Drogba all day long over Bergkamp although Bergkamp was still a superb player.
Like most have already mentioned, it's a silly & pointless comparison.
If we can be honest, in terms of skill, natural talent, football brain & ingenuity, it's no contest.
Arsenal fans will say Bergkamp, most Chelsea fans would say Drog, neutrals will choose who they prefer.
It's a matter of opinion but honestly Bergkamp is a better footballer
For me Bergkamp was a better ball player and no doubt more pleasing on the eye ... but I do think a peak Drogba would be more valuable to a team looking to chase titles and cups, especially considering his big game record. Drogba has only really had 3 or 4 exceptional seasons in his career though, the rest have been a mix of inconsistency and injury. His Chelsea goal record is quite average considering the goalscoring feats he was capable of.
Very different players playing in different times in the premiership. Some people may not remember how good Bergkamp was. Both top players and very different, people tend to remember Drogba at his very best and not the first 18 months of getting used to the premiership.
