We will play in a 4-2-3-1 with high temp, quick passing. We need to make the most of home advantage andturn over the 1-0 defecit. We have a stronger team than last week, which should help us. We will be attacking as we need the goals.

Zabaleta & Boateng must not give the Opposition wingers any time on the ball. Both will go forward when the opportunity presents.
Pepe & Koscielny, A good mix of power, pace, aerial ability and composure on the ball, allows us to be commanding at the back and limit the amount of opportunities for the opposition. Pepe will control the back four and make sure everybody is doing their job correctly. Koscielny is more mobile, quicker than Hummels so he will have the man marking duty of the main striker, who isn’t quicker than Koscielny. If their striker is deep but in our half, Koscielny must keep a 5-7 yard distance, so he isn’t caught too high up the field. Once the opportunity presents he will go in to tackle and hopefully win us the ball back. If he is beaten, most likely Pepe will be there to cover.
Arteta and Barry will play in front of the back four. Barry will be the defensive midfielder with Arteta being the box to box midfielder, just like how he plays irl.
Kaka will be the playmaker and will only have a mentality of 90% attacking and 10% defending. He could be the difference today.
I want the wingers to hug the touchline and stretch the defender. Hazard should give us natural width and energy
Llorente will be the poacher and will play on the last defender. He must finish his chances off.

We do have rules for people that don't have a lot of time on the league and for people with exams. If you don't have a lot of times we only expect you to have tactics and votes in every week and maybe add the odd comment every now and then. Same with exams.

We do have a person (AFL) with exams and is still managing to be active with the league. All he does is post tactics and votes. Sometimes add the odd comment.
