Actually it would have to be two seasons (on here) so you wouldn't be able to sell, but if he isn't sold IRL you can keep him and I'm paying 5M, so it's not a bad deal.

It is a pleasure to have you at our club and we hope that you can emulate the success of previous managers. Last season seemed to be going well until our manager had to leave due to familly comitments and after that we started to drop away from 5th place. We also exited the europa league and ended up finish below the european qualifying positions.

This season we need you to get us back to where we have been in previous seasons, fighting for 5th and challenging in the major cups. Without europa league it will be hard to attract players from abroad so we need to first strengthen with players from within the league and hopefully we will be doing well enough to start attracting a strong calibre of players. I also beleive that it is important to keep hold of key members of the squad.

Where do you want to strengthen? What are your aims and who do you want to bring to the club?

I need to strengthen my squad in the centre of midfield. I feel that the club has accquired some extremely promising players in Kroos and Willian, and with internationals such as Lucas, Dzeko and Agger there is no reason why we can not succeed this season.

I have an interest in Kaka, who becomes available soon, but I will primarily be looking to sign players from within the league. Nevertheless, I believe we will be able to sign some high quality midfielders who have been cast aside at there current clubs.

I feel these targets will be suitable, although i think will need a back up plan to Kaka incase the top clubs do come in.
