Wigan is a rugby town, chelsea is just a posh out of touch area in west london, which has a small club playing there, so hardly expect them to sell out.

I was in there when man Utd were playing chelsea in the cup final so no interest in the game but it was of no interest to the father and son i saw with their chelsea shirts on , didnt even know the game was on, i would bet
