For those who may be interested, just spoken to ionly and he seems a bit more like newyankee than newyankee does like ionly. If you can make sense of that, answers on the back of a cheque for ten quid made out to newyankee44.

We want the blunts and Brentford to draw, take two points away from each.

If the Blunts beat Brentford then they and Bournemouth can still overtake us, even if we win v Notts County.

posted on 13/4/13

That's why they need to draw.

Two wins - champions. Simples. Trying to forecast anything else makes your head spin, but the analysis is good. Bournemouth are likely to beat Carlisle and Tranmere - so I see them going up. Sheffield probably have to win all four remaining games to have a chance - which looks unlikely - so a Sheffield win on Tuesday would probably be best for us by severely denting Brentford, although a draw would be ok. Nice if Oldham could slow Yeovil down a bit as well.

Newyankee, I was replying to Ziggers comment. A Blunts/Brentford draw COULD leave us going to Brentford with them needing to beat us to get automatic. A Blunts win COULD leave us going to face a Brentford side unable to get automatic, and with one eye on the play offs. Bournemouth have the most to gain from a Blunts/Brentford draw..

Let me explain.....................................
ionly is short for ionlywishicoul.
That is part of the serial - ionlywishicould k*ll somebody and get away with it.

Not just anybody but just one person (a woman) I have just had to tell her (as she supports Donny also) that despite her thinking that Donny had drawn, the fact that they won 2 - 1 , she smiled and cheered. That made me very sickly in my stomache.

If you understood me and the reasons as Yankee does then you would understand my character.

If you do not care I do not care - but try and understand that those of us living on the edge do not think or act normally.. Yankee knows it all and I dare say Hound knows some of it.. In that same vein Hound I wish you all the very best and when you get home I will come and climb over the gates, fight the dogs, get hit by your wife but I will have that cup of tea.

There are still ifs and buts in this promotion race, but never mind what the others do let us just concentrate on Donny, let the others try and sort the mess out..Yes somebody could catch us and overtake us, but the question is.....Will they achieve it? AND Bournemouth are below us still

Hi guys, i was in York today shopping as penance for the fact that i am on a golf day out tomorrow.
I was following the games on my phone and was a bit peeved when we went behind.
We went into Starbucks for a coffee and everyone in there knew that we had taken the lead.
The wife thought i had gone a bit OTT but it is just a natural reaction isnt it.
Great sub move by Mr Flynn and Paynter proved himself.
Once again the team shows fantastic character and keeps the advantage at the top of the table.
Whatever the others do it is still down to us.
I will be asking Mr Flynn to take the team to a hotel on friday night and bring them to the ground in a coach on saturday so they think it is an away game.
Surely there cant be a moaner on here this week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't bet on it. I've actually got a guy on my Facebook maintaining that Hume for Paynter was not a correct decision

Probably the Crewe Manager Fuzzy!!!!!!

Well he still has chance to redeem his team AND do Donny a couple of favours

We need to win 5-0 on Saturday - it is likely to come down to goal difference!

What odds on Carlisle getting a draw at Bournmouth and Pompey beating Sheff Utd?

posted on 14/4/13

I would ask Coppinger and Wilson on the odds, worth a punt
