It'll be nuts if Blackburn drop.
Pretty sure they still have a deferred 10 point penalty to take. May be wrong though.
Would seem ineffectual if taken this season, but could end up with minus 25 - 30 if taken next, assuming there's no CVA.
Think there's also some rule about not starting two consecutive seasons in administration.
Bit of a mess.
Good to see BM easing Somma back in.
I get the feeling we're going to be seeing a lot of goals from Somma next season, he's got till start of next season to get fully fit again.
He's not down and out, ya can't keep a good Somma down, cos it's Somma time, lol.
One swallow does not make a Somma
Good luck to the lad. He deserves a slice of it I think.
From the Beeb so could be carp :
Portsmouth were effectively down anyway as they must come out of administration before the end of the season or be expelled from the Football League - but will be deducted 10 points when they do so.
Huge opportunity to go up this season. All the teams that came down/up generally have been carp. The whole league has been poor compared to previous years.
I wish colin had not stepped foot in elland road.
This has been a very evenly competitive league
Can't believe there are 3 teams on 51 points with 3 games to go and another on 50
Could end up with 55 or 54 points and still go down, its so tight
Only Cardiff have stood out really
With all the parachute payments, there is almost no excuse to get relegated straight away after relegation to championship.
If Wolves go down they're in big trouble.
I tipped wolves to go back up this season.
So did lots of other fans they still might get relegated along with Blackburn its touch and go
10pt deduction has come out this season, CVa has been agreed. Start on 0pts like every other team next season.
Hope we can keep most of the players that absolutely dicked Sheffield Utd today. PUP
