Up the Cherries in all departments!!!
Was fitting that Pitman got the 3rd goal today.
Didn't realise there was another cherries fan on here!
I am firstly a Leicester fan but lived in Bournemouth for 10 years (was actually living there in 1987 when Boscombe last came up) has got me thinking about the players they had then trevor Aylott, Carl "Bruno" Richards, Gerry Payton although I always liked Richard Cooke proper nippy winger. Was there a pitch invasion today like there was in 1987 (remember standing pitchside waiting to run on & celebrate vs Rotherham United I think won 2-0 & Gerry Payton playing the last 2 minutes with no shirt on as there had been a "premature" invasion 2 minutes before the end & he had given his shirt away thinking it was full time.
well done on promotion and its good that howe came back and took you up
I just hope Brentford can go up with you.
Huge pitch invasion - I was a little tentative at first but then wandered on
Incredible atmosphere.
Fantastic achievement, delighted for you, good luck in in the Championship next year from the Brewers!
Trips to places like Elland Road, Loftus Road, St Andrews etc will be fantastic next season. Not to mention welcoming some big sides to sunny sunny Bournemouth.
Felt sorry for the Carlisle fans dressed as smurfs yesterday, drove 400 miles dressed like that, lose 3-1 then drive 400 miles back up north again.
