This should be interesting.
He's a poor manager, end of.
Hey baldy! If you had half a brain you'd realise McClaren was trained up by owd thistle face Ferguson himself.
"Billy Part II"
I don't think it needed explaining but thanks.
I m glad he is moaning, hasn't taken him long to find out the board are full of you know what
Of cause he should be moaning, if he was promised one thing and it hasn't been delivered!
And before anyone says he should be doing it behind closed doors, why should he!
Yes it's BD part II, dosn't that that tell some people about our board and structure!
I hadn't read the article when I commented, now I have I see it was not needed to point out this all stinks of de ja vu.
Because Billy moaned at Derby I wasn't surprised he moaned at Forest. But now, 2 Forest managers in a row complaining about the same thing, and in the media at that!
"It's probably the most frustrating pre-season off the field for years." Key quote for me. Shows that the board/chairman/tranfer panel are not working together.
I don't suppose SM holds much weight with the fans seeing as he hasn't done anything yet. Presume you are all still behind the board?
Oh, and how do you feel about Cohen being the 1st choice left back?

I think it's disgusting and the worst thing in the world to happen
Leicester fan in peace, what is it with this AP, I'm not surprised you guys are fed up with them.
Yes it's BD part II, dosn't that that tell some people about our board and structure!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yes!!!
It tells us our board are great. We managed to get an ex England manager, whos won the Dutch title and managed the German champions without having to give him big money to spend.
He'll have wanted a £5/10m transfer kitty. We told him he could have it. Then when he actually wanted to sign some players just said "don't know what your talking about mate, don't remember saying that". Genius
Always remember, we wouldn't have a club to support if it wasn't for ND. We'd have gone out of existance like loads of other big clubs have.
JLS - The sad thing is, I don't know if you're joking. I had hoped for some debate but I guess that's too much to expect from you.
I'm not so sure having a disgruntled manager is going to be good for you guys, however big a coup you conisder his joining.
With this squad, top 6 isn't much of a possibility.
Personally I think you will sign a big money striker.
Sutton I though u was being ironic, u can't be serious!
If u think it's act of genius getting an ex-England manger to manage us, under false pretententions, then u my friend are deluded.
How long before he walks?
How long before we loose all our best players?
How long before we're in League one?
We've seen it all before!
I wasn't gonna bite, in case u was joking, but well done you've realed me in if u were!
Derby Dan, its not great about Cohen but he is a left sided player and has good work rate and delivery. It could work out well if he puts his heart into it.
Sutton, I agree ND kept the club alive which I personally am grateful for but we have to move forward.
Do I feel lucky to have Mcclaren - Yes, do I feel that he is potentially being let down by the board - Yes.
I dont understand why ND cant see what he is doing.
I can imagine a certain little scotsman having a right little chuckle to himself.
long live king Billy !!!!!
this is not meant as a pop at Stevie Mac, as I will fully support him, just really enjoyed king Billy being in charge, seldom a dull moment.
i am also wondering how long Stevie will put up with this sort of nonsense.
keep SM
its the board who shoulld be looking at themselves
hey yak didn't know you were on here, and I agree with yak as well.
Yes ND did save us from destruction, but I think he seriously needs to have a look at the set up at Forest now, because one manager moaning maybe just a coincidence? but two, i don't think so!
When you look the forest managers that have worked under ND. Steves already unhappy moan moan moan. Billy wasn't happy, a bit of a moaner. Megson walked so obviously didn't feel he could be successful here, same with Kinnier.
That shows just how awkward and difficult to please football managers are. Full credit to ND for putting up with them and their crazy demands.
Remember we wouldn't have a club without ND

'we have a beeter squad this season than we started with last season'.
Afraid I don't agree with that statement, no one has replaced Earnshaw, so can't see where the goals will come from, bearing in mind we had Earnie and a FIT Dex. Andy Reid if he stays fit will be a bonus, Boateng more or less straight replacement for Paul Mac, NO Kelvin Wilson, so I'm afraid I can't really see where we have strengthened. Still NO LB, and I still feel that Cohen will be a square peg in a round hole.
Cohen will always give 100% but he us NOT and I don't think ever will be more than at best an average LB. I've stated before, our best form came when we had Shorey at LB, that is surely no conicidence.
IMO we have gone backwards, maybe only marginally I grant you, but we really need at least a couple of extra players in soon, preferably a proven goal scorer at this level.
Yeah cos Earnie scored for fun last season didn't he??
I don't know if any of you realise, we have 27 players with squad numbers. That's not a small squad, granted 6 or so have been promoted from the youth team, but we're not that short really.
Cohen has stated in the interview on the OS that he is happy to play at left back, I think he realises there is too much competition in the midfield this season.
I might be wrong but I don't think Steve's moaning about the board. I reckon it's a case of our targets aren't available.
