Oh, we need to play Super Stevie Howard too.
He is one league appearance off 600.
He should start as captain for the first home game next season :D
My team would be
Westwood
Naughton
Hobbs
Tunchev
Cunningham
Gallagher
Wellens
King
Fast left winger (Cant think of one)
Yakubu
Owen
Bench
Weale, Vitor, Mee, Oakley, Abe, Waghorn, Heskey
Looking at that squad it is pretty simaliar to what we have now so more then likely wont be good enough
So i say leave it to Sven
Aluko is a fast left winger we have been linked with.
Tunchev is a key factor to next seasons success - We have a world class CB who is capable of turning our colander of a defence into a unit that's tighter than a nuns grumble - IF - And its a big if he can keep off the treatment table AND re-discover his undisputed class.
As much as he infuriates me, yes Yakubu should be signed as unlike most of our current team he knows where the goal is - I do though retain the right to turn to my mates and snort "Why did we sign the useless fat lazy bath-tub"
I agree Danger, Yakubu is worth signing because he is a 25+ goal a season man.
As long as we sign someone who is going to run his socks off for 90 minutes then I reckon we'll have a winning formula.
Yes the Yak is a bit lazy but he scores goals no doubt
When we signed him he wasnt match fit or sharp so give him a pre season and i reckon in this league he could get 25-30 goals
Reading the comments i think you guys should take a look at Giles Barnes. Was at the Leicester 1-4 Wba game, absolutely roasted your defence that night, just been released (Y)
About Giles Barned
To be fair i think i could hammer Neilson and Lamey. Barnes wasnt really tested that night
Barnes is decent, but as Proud_Fox said, anyone could have dealt with Nielson.
I would rather we looked elsewhere.
Fair enough guys, he can also be injury prone, i had no idea about whether your full backs were first teamers or not that night

And another thing - Get signed into your second account so we can have the second 1 star for all the articles on our board - I don't know, pathetic scroats aren't what they used to be - They were better than this on BBC 606

Not a fan of 4-4-2. I don't think it would suit the likes of King, Wellens and Gallagher - our big players.
One of Maynard, Yakubu, Kamara, etc. in the centre with Gallagher one side and a real winger the other side. The same formation as this season but with better personnel
Oh Christ knobjockey - Not a forth account ah well whatever turns you on.
Emilio, I take your point on 4-4-2 - We'll have to see what Sven can come up with, I for one have a lot of faith in his ability to create a promotion winning team. I have to, how on earth could we go and support the lads without that faith
I thought we had little variation this year and it would be nice to see Sven have the personnel to play two types of team, depending on the circumstances. We destroyed many teams that wanted to play football at the Walkers, but struggled with those teams who battled. I also feel we rarely got right away from home, often looking decent (Bristol City, Donny, Watford, second half, evern Reading) but conceding that all important first goal that ultimately led to defeat.
For crying out loud man give it up now - Enough already
Dangerfox - some people are best ignored.
Let it go son, let it go.
Yes I've made the mistake of getting drawn in haven't I - Not again though - I'll just let him go somewhere private to enjoy this moment and ignore him in future
Good to see you here John, I saw that you checked out not 606 - I think most people will settle here
