We should make a move for Gaitan btw. He's fallen off the radar over the past season, so his price has gone down a lot. He's a classy winger (can play CAM), he'd improve us immensely.
Benfica, like Porto, tend to get very good prices for their players though.
I would love Matic, but talk of £25m minimum make it seem impossible.

They can get in 10 South Americans for £1m, 7 will flop but the other 3 will make them a fortune.
Benfica have 21 South Americans and 11 Portugese in their senior squad according to Wiki, and their most used 11 is 10 S.A.s and a Serb!!

Problem is in the Ukraine so much money is thrown at them. Plus Ukraine is non-EU, so that will cause issues with getting many to the UK.

He is exactly what we need. He can be disciplined, gets around the pitch for 90 minutes, good in the air, but also can play.
