So you think that Torres will still be here next season ?
If we bring in Falcao and keep hold of Demba Ba then I see no reason for the club to continue paying Torres 175k per week to be our third choice striker.

If Torres doesn't want to leave then we have no choice. Don't think any team in the world would offer him anywhere near the wages he gets at Chelsea.

If and i mean if Falcao does come then im sure torres will be in that deal

Lets hope so. Even if it means shaving off about 10 million from Falcao's original price tag with Torres heading the other way we'll have done well.
In fairness to Torres it would probably be the best for him as well. He would be back in his beloved Athletico Madrid and could potentially re-ignite his career there and get himself back into the Spain team and squad.
Cesar,
This would be true, but he can be forced out..
I think he seems like a nice chap but as that old saying goes
"nice guys always finish last" and lets face it, we want to win the premier league so doing it with that Donkey leading the line doesn't give me much hope!
Selling him isn't possible if Torres refuses to leave.

Just as the club don't have to play Torres if they don't want to.
They've shown that they can play hardball with players by sticking Malouda in the under 21's for a season.
I can't imagine that Torres is so unambitious that he would want to rot in the under 21s or the reserves for the next three years.
He has the chance of winning the World Cup with Spain next summer so I'm sure his mind will be on that.
Going back to Athletico would be his best chance of getting his career back on track and re-establishing himself with Spain even if it does mean taking a pay cut.
best outcome for all parties is a swap deal for Falcao. I would take 30 million euro and Torres for him. It would be quite funny if it turns out like when Barca bought Ibra and gave a tonne if cash and Eto for him.
Moses hasn't been brilliant, he's been what we all expected though, a good, hard working squad player
moses has been a great addition to the squad offers a different dimension to out other attacking players, plus was quite cheap. it didnt help that he had international duty half way in the season.
much as everyone was criticising him earlier in the season we missed Moses alot during the ACON months
sme with Mikel to be fair
click he was at his poorest when he just came back.
Moses isn't anything special, and probably won't be. Just a decent squad player. A good performance doesn't suddenly make him a brilliant signing.
