Motorhead? Love the slow version of Ace of Spades on the Kroni advert.
Two tone ska? Quite like The Specials.

I can see why it divides opinion. I don’t mind Madness but they are quite removed from Ska, actually even two tone is which really hailed from Coventry.
Sheryl Crow or Alanis Morisette anyone......? I used to listen to them years ago
Pink Floyd - Wish You Were here
Frank Zappa - Apostrophe
Django - Original Soundtrack
Esther Phillips - From A Whisper To A Scream
Blow - Original Soundtrack
If movie soundtracks don't count:
David Holmes - Let's Get Killed
Bob Marley - Catch A Fire
Not including any Beatles LPs ...
Kraftwerk - Computer World
Bowie - Aladdin Sane
Eno - Another Green World
Public Enemy - It takes a nation of millions to hold us back
Cocteau Twins - Treasure
I have a fairly broad music taste, so the top five changes a depending on my mood (with the exception of number 1, I'm always in the mood for that)
1. Nirvana-In Utero
2. Baby Huey- Living Legend
3. Tom Waits-Rain Dogs/Alice
4. A Perfect Circle-Mer de Noms
5. The Gits-Enter, the conquering chicken.
Low by David Bowie is a great album.
British Sea Power - Open Season.
Their latest album is excellent & out now - Machineries of Joy.
anything by Bowie is legendary
In no particular order.
Korn - Korn
Lana Del Rey - Born to Die
36 Crazyfists - Bitterness the Star
DJ Yoda - How to cut and paste vol.1
and a random mix cd of all my favourite songs at the time, does that count?!
AVB's post-it-note scribe
Sandy's blasts from the past
Val Doonican
Cilla Black
Dusty Springfield
Elaine Paige
Chris De Burgh
Not quite mate. Here`s mine
Yes - Tales from Topographical Oceans (best ever album)
Neil Young - After the Goldrush
Rush - Farewell to Kings
Doors - Waiting For The Sun
Yes - Relayer
Listen to those and blow your mind.
Just saw this and I can't let a music thread get past me! Music is my greatest love, even waaaay above football. Naming 5 isn't easy so instead of naming my 5 best I would name my best from my 5 favorite genres or something like that in no particular order.
High Violet/Boxer - The National
The Mantle - Agalloch
Blood Sugar Sèx Magik - RHCP
Lateralus - Tool
One For Sorrow - AFI
The Empyrean - John Frusciante
I CAN'T BELIEVE THERE ISN'T A SINGLE METALHEAD HERE!!
Appspur
Your taste is pretty keen!
There's also sooo much I have left out it KILLS me!
So so difficult but here we go
Pink Floyd - wish you were here?
Portishead - Dummy
The Avalanches - Since I left you
Massive Attack - Mezzanine
SexPistols - Never Mind the Bollox
