Steve - I got the recorded message - our lines are extremely busy

To be clear - I can see the picture on ESPN - but this irritating strapline "your viewing card needs to be activated" - despite having activated it on line - then when I press select on the remote it tells me to call said numbers

Might have to do the unthinkable and defect to Virgin

I gave bt a go, fookin hopeless no offence Steve, worse than virgin and that saying something

The other thing that is really annoying is that BT Vision has just done an upgrade which wipes all your recorded TV
