None of us have proof of the money he has to spend, but my point is, when we have financial resources in abundance, I don't see what reason the board would have to not give him an adequate amount.

Wenger's always said he will only spend big when he wants to and has said he can. This was backed up by his own claims of Lille accepting a £32m bid for Hazard from us and multiple other clubs, but Hazard chose Chelsea because we couldn't agree personal terms.

If you disagree then fair enough, but all I'm saying is, if the board are letting him take the flack and are regularly going against what Wenger wants, why is he still at the club? After seeing all our best players leave and not replace them properly, why is he letting the board screw him over again and again and again from not challenging?
