Cheers. You know, if Wolves went out of business and completely ceased to be - they would still focus more on ex-Wolves than present day Albion.

They are that bitter.

Dear me, guys. How short our memories are. The 'obsession' between us started back in the day when Wolves were in a league ABOVE us. You were a huge prem club and we had been related to the champ....and didn't you let us know it?
The fact you are now two leagues below us is just karma doing it's thing...

In answer to the OP, Megson will upset you and some of the players, but he will sort them all out, and he doesn't take cráp off chairmen either.
................................................................................

Agree aries, and as of now the number 1 task is to sort out the players.

Then that makes you worse than the people you and your comrades are obsessed with.

A wum is a wum.

But somebody who starts quoting Karma crap - and then does the very things that will fulfil a return visit - are surely the stupidest of them all.

If you were wise, you would keep quiet.

Was it Megson who got Albion out of the Third Division? Or am I thinking of Alan Buckley?

It was Ossie Ardiles who got us out of the third division, we beat Port Vale 3-0 in the play-off final.
You'll come across Port Vale next season, and Lee Hughes.

What do you mean 'if'? It's already happened. Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club no longer exists.
The entity that now exists is Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club (1986) Limited.
Quite a few of you idiots were born back then, but maybe you'd just forgotten?

...& for that reason Morgan won't appoint him or anyone similar.

Morgan needs to realize he has to appoint someone he fundamentally can't get on with...cause only that type of alpha male will sort out the players, as anyone who will accept his control & restrictions will also be controlled by the dressing room.

There was an E&S interview with Stale last night Simon. I haven’t seen it myself yet as it hasn’t appeared online but he passed the following judgements........

On Jez: "He was always fair, loyal, asked the right questions and he, above all, seemed to understand what we wanted to do. He is under-estimated in my view. We could disagree but carry on the next day working together. It is not quite the same with Steve."

On Morgan: "Whereas I had very constructive dialogue with Jez, sometimes some of the conversations with Steve weren't as constructive as they should have been."

I seem to remember Mick had similar things to say about Moxey after his sacking. I recall he gushed about how good everyone at the club was & named everyone...but never said a single word about Morgan.

I remember at the time Moxey claimed he & the board pleaded for him not to sack Mick.

Probably the majority blame Moxey for the decline, but its hard to tell what his input with the big decisions actually is, and how much Morgan
is simply an unreasonable tyrant that does his own thing anyway.

It is the case Simon, as I understand it, that the sacking of McCarthy was a decision taken unilaterally by Morgan and was a decision that lead to a great deal of falling out amongst other board members including Moxey.

After Connor was appointed one Board member told a friend of mine that there are people within the club that seem to have a 'death wish'. That comment was evidently referring mainly to Morgan.

I also remember that Moxey's comments in his E&S interview soon disappeared from the records by the time it was morning in the UK.
