Govan is a Mecca of football
Wasn't Moyes from Partick?
Fergie and moyes are both bluenoses
Fergie said last night that it was a myth he worked in the ship yards, he never did, his dad and brothers did

Loodrip, you've always got to lower the tone. If they hadn't had connections in the Tims World, they wouldn't be where they are today! SAF started his time as a toolmaker, FFS if you look up wiki it states Moyes was born in " Bears Den" iscthat where you get blue nose from, scratch a little deeper n you'll see he wiz frae Pertick.
Lauders - they are both bluenoses who have a lot of respect for Celtic. Never heard either of them utter a bad word about the Hoops. David speaks very fondly of his time in Paradise
Fido chill ffs, they are both bears get over it,
Noyes and Fergie are both bluenoses, Fergies Mother and her family are Catholics so he is from good Catholic stock. His wife is also Catholic. You have to have good people around you to be successful. CHEERS
Great to hear it Steve, I'm vewy pwoud to hear it
Gordon it's not about religion please, keep that nonsense out of it
Fido fergie said in an interview last night he was never a tool maker, just saying
Fergie or wiki mmm hard init?

My point exactly, Stevethe Bhoy, Loodrip take note, I'm chilled chief, I don't have big issues, live cheek by jowl with everyone!
How is stating they are both bluenoses lowering the tone, it's not a crime to be a bluenose
David speaks very fondly of his time in Paradise
His 24 1st team game?
Lauders - why do you always try to wind people up? I am not going to dignify that last post with a response.
Loo,
How is stating they are both bluenoses lowering the tone, it's not a crime to be a bluenose
It is when you make the statement, as StevetheBhoy says you are always at the wum, par TIC ularly on this board!
Steve all I'm saying is he didn't have a great Celtic career, anyone saying he did is deluded, he played 24 matches in something like 4 or 5 years, fondly, yea ok, not a wum just stating fact
Fido you said I lowered the tone long before Steve made his post when I said he was a bluenose, he is and so is his dad, it was tongue in cheek you seemed to have taken it rather seriously, never-mind it only a game
Where did I say Moyes had a great Celtic career?
Where did I say Moyes had a great Celtic career?
No where, I don't think you did
Lauders - Let me give you some honest feedback There is a time for humour and banter. But sometimes you just go too far with your snidy and petty comments. Unlike the majority of my fellow Tims on here, I actually think you are an ok guy but just wish you would not go out of your way to irritate for its own sake.
You sarcastically ridicule my comment about David speaking fondly of his time in Paradise and then in the next post you state "fondly yea ok" whilst "putting me down" for saying Moyes had a great Celtic career, which you later admitted I didn't say
Loodrip's quote
'If Wanyama is a footballer then my name is Winnie Mandela'
Sums the r sole up
I mind a Fergie interview from a couple years ago saying he was an apprentice toolmaker but never worked in the docks, but in a shop.
Maybe that's where the confusion lies?
I hope he does the Jonathon Ross show, so that when Wossy tries to crack a 'joke' Fergie can shoot him down in flames.
But in all honesty tey should bring back This is Your Life just as a special for him. It'd be a great show!
