I´d take Rooney although as Oscar says I think we´re chasing Lewandowski, he´d be perfect for Chelsea and probably an even better fit for us than Falcao anyway.

Tbh i'm not even overly bothered with Falcao anymore, he's the best striker in the world imo but Lewandowski is only a slight level below, is 3 years younger than him and will cost half as much. Lewandowski would definitely be the better buy

theres some sort of legal challenge going on at the minute with the French Federation demanding Monaco move their club offices into 'France' rather than Monaco itself as the tax laws create an unlevel playing field with other ligue 1 clubs.

Think they've threatened to block the promotion unless Monaco either move or pay the FFF 200 million euros!!

I agree. I would actually prefer Lewnadowski over Falcao.

Lewandowski´s all-round game is fantastic and not only can he score goals but he can hold up the ball very well and provide a physical threat and presence.

Also Lewandowski is younger than Falcao so there would be more mileage from him.

Lewandowski if off to United or Bayern. Not Chelsea. You guys will probably end up with Higuain or Gomez.

those are football institutions, whereas chelsea are a little club with a lot of money

I don't think either Jose or Falcao will join Monaco, but it would make me laugh.
