I want him to go abroad or not at all.
He can go anywhere as long as we replace. Lewandoski could easily fill void
Use him for another player like bale or lewandowski or falcao or someone, if he wants to go united should do it on their terms not his.
kneerash (U6876)
Sorry if I missed the BLUEPRINT but do you REALLY need Falcao??????
Of the clubs that could afford him I could see just PSG or Chelsea wanting him. Id be happy to see him go PSG but would be hard watching him back at his best at Chelsea.
If he goes we need a top player to replace him. Not necessarily a striker but certainly an attacker. Bale, Ronaldo, Isco or someone of that level.
Either way, need it resolvin ASAP
No offence to you good people and club etc etc but your main focal point in terms of TRANSFER HISTORY has always been about bringing in the RIGHT BIGMAN player.
I'll suggest in 2001 your brought in TWO BIG MAN players in RVN and Veron.
But Falcao, a man whose 27 and really after the pay cheque will not IMPROVE united. Maybe going on these channel's the better accusation will be someone like Lewondowski someone who is a lot younger and would be moulded to the good of your team so to speak.
put him in reserves the fat so and so. Payback for SAF and Moyes
Mess with SAF and those tears were always gonna come back and haunt him
And as my kid says we don't need a replacement, kagawa as number 10 or even RVP did a good job today and didn't lose the ball with every touch
Moyes needs to get Giggsy as his assistant and sort out Rooney
That's me done with Rooney now. I have only just seen the Fergie comments because I was at the ground but it came as no surprise. I think we all knew the reports from the other day were probably true.
Question the ambition of the biggest club in the world, then get ridiculously rewarded for it and now do this?
Sorry Rooney. That's you done. I'm so glad somebody like him, as good a player as he is, is not going to break Bobby's record at the club.
Sell him to PSG, Bayern, anywhere BUT Chelsea or City. In fact sell him to bloody Russia or Ukraine for all I care.
I will be extremely annoyed if he's here come September. I am sick of his attitude.
One minute he wants to finsh his career here, the next he wants to leave because he thinks the club might be in decline. Then he signs a bumper contract and wants to finish his career here again, before deciding he wants to leave because he might actually have to work hard for a place in the team.
I am grateful for what he has given us, but his attitude both on and off the pitch nowadays is nothing short of pathetic. Sell him to City or Chelsea for all I care. I just dont want him here anymore.
There were boos near me when his name was read out.
Bossman, we won't sign Falcao, I agree.
I'm undecided on Rooney. Because the problem with selling him is that it will more than likely strengthen our rivals as I'm not sure he'd go abroad.
I want Rooney to stay and sort himself out. If we did get a big bid from abroad and wanted to leave, then I wouldn't be too unhappy as long as we spend big on reinforcing the first team - midfielder and winger.
Summer is going to be an interesting one.
i was thinking a good deal for you guys could be Rooney and £10 million or so for Bale. This way you get a quality player in return and he will have little impact on the PL race. Selling him us or City could be as bad mistake as Arsenal made selling RVP to you guys.
The booing was not on IMO. I don't have anything against Rooney really - I don't feel as though he's betrayed us or anything. I just think it's best for everyone of he moves on.
Darren - I simply believe rooney will be like gazza now that SAF isn't there. If he did go to another team he wouldn't have the role he had at UTD and he would struggle to get in ahead of the likes of tevez and aguerro.
Chelsea will most definitely sign a striker and if they get a goo one I don't see him getting in there either
sad as it sounds rooney is finished, his only hope is to get his head on and put the effort in and stay at UTD
What's rvp gotta do with anything they play in different positions, usually in the same eleven.
He's pd off because dross like welbeck is eating game time ahead of him. Which is fair.
That said, he's been at the club ages, and too throw the dummy out at the first sign of completion is childish.
He also is ridiculously unfit, he needs to take a leaf out of ronaldos book and cut everything bad out an work in the gym, with his natural frame he needs to work harder and be more disciplined than most when it comes to fitness.
If he leaves i will be sad because he's been here a long time, and at his age should have loads to offer but that said as long as we get someone like cavani( a hell of a lot better than lewandowski) in to replace him then I would t really care if he left, even to another pl team. That's just football.
Hopefully sell welbeck aswell.
King
Spurs won't pay his wages. He'd want at least 180k per week and I doubt they pay even half that to anyone.
I'm certain he'll go to Chelsea. In fact, very certain.
I didn't boo him but I didn't cheer him either.
I feel he has let us all down but I also appreciate all his goals and great performances too. It's a tough one.
He won't be here come Sep 1st anyway. Time for both parties to move on.
NO way should we sell him and strengthen our title rivals though. Sell him to Spurs in possibly a swap including cash for Bale or abroad. He can't be allowed to join Chelsea or City.
King, Spurs will want Rooney plus £40, haven't you heard?
RR, I see what you're saying. However, it depends on what club he does go to. If Chelsea is his definition and he is the main striker they're looking at and can see him scoring a hat full.
He's obviously not happy at United but a fresh start could revitalise him. And I'm not even the biggest fan of Rooney, but the guy will score goals where ever he goes.
I wouldn't want that at one of our league rivals.
As rob has said, spurs have a stringent wage cap of about 70k. They won't even break it for bale, let alone Rooney, and they would rather keep bale than have Rooney that's for sure
He's done the same thing as Pogba but Pogba is still a hero on these boards. Why is that?

When you look at OPTIONS, and you look at STRUCTURE, Where will Wayne Rooney be playing next season.
Here is a player that is 28 years old, can he fit in with PSG????
Forget the SUPER CLUBS of Barca, Madrid, Bayern, Milan. Man United would never sell DOMESTIC, so that rules out City, Chelsea, Arsenal, Spurs or Pool.
So where will he go is the KEY question?????
Maybe Santos, Flamingo, River Plate, Sao Paulo?????
That's United's main BUSINESS.....
