it is a bit odd that norwich couldn't score to save their lives past few months.. now they end up scoring 4. but think it's more of a sign of how rubbish wba are more than anything. their best player isn't even their own. they'll be in a relegation scrap next season.
Will you make the playoffs next year?
Squeak Squeak
agree....horrid little club !
Brad, WBA did not throw this match.
Even as a fellow Villa fan, I find this sentiment quite strange.
Simply West Brom reached a position in the table whereby they had nothing left to play for whilst the others are fighting for their lives. This happens every season so I'm not sure why it still comes as a shock to some people.
Look, Swansea haven't switched off. They've been the only other team with 'nothing' to play for.
They hate us and this is very suspicious.
Swansea haven't switched off?
Erm.....
WBA 8th 1 win in 8
Welsh Barcelona 9th 1 win in 9
West Ham 10th 1 win in 7
Stoke 11th 2 wins in 10
Fulham 15th 0 wins in 7
Do your own work, poor lad.
OK, here's their last three results:
MAN UTD 2 SWANSEA 1 (late winner in Sir Alex's last home game)
WIGAN 2 SWANSEA 3
SWANSEA 0 MAN CITY 0
Is that a 'switch off' ?
We'd be over the moon with those results.
Think again pal.
Stop crying you div.
You're down there because you're not good enough. If you get relegated, it's because your pants kids are not up to the job.
The mighty really have fallen haven't they. Relying on 'little old Albion' to keep you up.
We've been on the beach since November pup
JH, you are correct as you say on holiday since November
well done to WBA, superb team to support who didn't care about there fans when they became safe. No fight or passion from them just took your hard earned money you mugs. At least we are building something and playing with passion and pride. I can guarantee your honeymoon period is over.
Albion may be safe, but it seems clear to me why their attentions have switched to villa in obsessive like proportions. Look at the two clubs form over the last few months. Albion getting humiliated by all the struggling teams, whilst Lambert's young Villa side are maturing; getting better and better with every game. It's clear the balance of power in Midlands football is shifting back to normal service and all they can do is watch on and hope Villa stumble at the final hurdle whilst Steve Clark gradually begins to dismantle what Hodgson built.
I for one am now very much looking forward to next season. Right now, West Brom remind me of Bolton the season before they dropped. Wonder how much they're looking forward to the 2013/4 campaign?

Either that, or just stop rolling over so often next season to have your tummies tickled.

------------------------------------------------------------------------
Chelsea (A) 0-8
Spurs (H) 0-4
Wigan (H) 0-3
Yep. Passion and pride. Fifteen goals shipped in a few short days.
Yep. Taking money off Villa fans, treating them like mugs and really building something.
And that's before we mention Bradford.
At least they got a free flag.
SNAP!
Ha Ha you pair of jokers, read what I wrote 'buiding' this means now and the future not the past season. Our form has been continued to climb, passion and pride has always been there regardless of the results. A brand new team will always take a few beatings, do we care now, no not really, we have a great future to look forward to, do you???
What league are Villa's U21's in?
What league are Baggies U21's in?
