Given the amount of material that Charlotte has published it's hard to believe that someone could spend the time it would require to produce all that stuff from scratch.
TSFM was it first very sceptical but seems to have been assured that it's for real.

White did want to return. He wanted to be seen as the saviour if rangers. He's said this so many times.
----------
Saviour yes, but not as Chairman or MD. The simple fact is this was not allowable by the SFA.
He may have been - through time seen as the person who saved the club through the intro of Green etc, but the fact that Green then shafted him is part of the reason for this whole legal business...
Sfa rules mean Hee haw to Whyte Tafka. Not too mention the guy is deluded. He's in record saying he wanted to return .
esc, i'll give you two were sticks for one big one

You going all yorkshire on us Zach?

Totally agree IE but while they mean nothing to Craigy they would be enforced on the club
Only one thing motivated Whyte and Green. Cash! Green got his and now Whyte wants some too.
As a shareholder you should be able to get in contact with the nominated advisor to get them to confirm the legitimacy or illegitimacy of the document. either way it is pertinent to assessing the valuation of your holdings, so a statement should be made.

Curly - .
Exactly. There are some seriously disturbed people out there with a dislike of all things rangers. Bit sad really
Exactly Tafka, next thing we will hear is that some fat, baldy taxi driver phones up Rangers players to discuss their contracts as a wee hoax
--------
Curly it takes next to no effort to call up a person willing to talk about themselves....
This is 8 pages of "legalese" wording with dates, times and the like.
Maybe it is fake, maybe its real I dont know, but its a lot of work for some sad individual if it is proven to be fake and as Admin states proving it should be easy if you are a shareholder...
There are a lot of sad individuals out there sadly Tafka
As the RTC guy showed, there are people who will dedicate thier time to destroying rangers.
Guy was at it over two years
It's not just this document that Charlotte has published. There's letters, emails, tape recordings. An awful lot of work if it's all fake.
For 'legalese' it does seem kind of simplistic, legalese is usually in a more unreadable and confusing manner?
They decided they needed someone else to front it because Whyte was too shady a character, yet they chose this man:

Turbulent for rangers fans but to be honest as long as your paying the bills does it really matter who or who doesnt have a seat on the board?
Can of worms Henrik's. Charlotte has released an audio file that suggests Rizvi was one of Green's initial investors. Information that was not shared with the SFA.
Fit and proper? Aye right.
