Given the amount of material that Charlotte has published it's hard to believe that someone could spend the time it would require to produce all that stuff from scratch.

As a shareholder you should be able to get in contact with the nominated advisor to get them to confirm the legitimacy or illegitimacy of the document. either way it is pertinent to assessing the valuation of your holdings, so a statement should be made.

For 'legalese' it does seem kind of simplistic, legalese is usually in a more unreadable and confusing manner?

Can of worms Henrik's. Charlotte has released an audio file that suggests Rizvi was one of Green's initial investors. Information that was not shared with the SFA.
