Finding a head of a pig in the locker was probably more of shock and disgust then religious......
Also if someone poured beer over me I would be disgusted,,,,,,,should be Champagne time.....not beer
I am not sure about that religious issue though. But, according some scientists, you should avoid eating animals that both chew cud and has a divided hoof, ex:pig, camel and rabbit for the benefit of your health... ...if you want to cook pork, you better leave it marinated for at least 10 to 12 hours in fresh water before you cook.
Pig can be eaten in Islam as long as it is halal.

You are wrong - Christ fulfilled the Law and therefore all food is to be received with thanks.
Col 2:16 - Therefore do not let anyone judge you by what you eat or drink, or with regard to a religious festival, a New Moon celebration or a Sabbath day.
What people don't understand is that all those Levitical dietary regulations and washing codes were specific to the Jews - a people who were set apart by God.

No they can't. Being muslim myself, we are forbidden from eating pig, even saying it's name. It is funny though, there are some people who drink, even eat non-halal meat, but stay away from food from pigs.
That's how serious even those that break the rules take it.
