Hope not but couldn't blame him if a Barclays Premier League club comes knocking at his door
Can't really see either. Eagles has said he's happy and I'd have thought Martinez would be Everton's top choice.
Hope not as he is starting something good at Bolton.
7/1 only Poyet, Martinez, Stubbs and Neville ahead.
Can't see it myself for either of them. Although DF would probably go to Everton if asked, I don't think he will be in the frame.
As for Eagles, the fans were appalling to him, so I can see why the rumour has started but I would think he will stay with DF.
We won't have long to wait as Everton will want to secure a new manager as soon as possible after Sundays games.
I read somewhere that Everton are looking to appoint from within. Could be complete rubbish though
DF is not proven enough for Everton if you ask me, they need someone who's shown consistency for a good few years at a single club
I don't doubt for one minute that if freedman was offered the Everton job he would jump ship just the way he left palace. Expect no loyalty there. If he did go we would get decent compo for a change. I would go for Phil Parkinson as his replacement.

I don't mean to be rude but the Eagles transfer and the Freedman to Everton rumours were both exposed as false on Bolton Nuts this time yesterday - a full 24 hours ago!
Please feel free to get the latest off Nuts and discuss it on here if you want, rather than be so out of touch with what is happening down at the club.
His odds are very short at the bookies.
We were the bookies favourites to bounce straight back to the Premier too.
That didn't happen either!
There as not been any contact with Everton and the club. Everton will not approach Freedman without going through the BWFC first.
Freedman is not going to Everton.
If you want to be informed read Bolton Nuts or any other active forum. If you don't want to know what is happening and prefer to just guess, then please don't let me stop you.
It is a free world.
I came on here to see what JA606 members news and views were - I was simply shocked how far behind you are. Anybody can be minutes or even a few hours behind - but a full day!
No offence meant to anyone - just saying it as I see it.
Stating that an Internet forum is a place of factual information and not a group of people guessing is a strange one.
As for odds bookies are not always right. However somebody is putting good money on DF.
I actually don't believe he will go but the views of people on Bolton nuts are less reliable than the figures produced by a bookie.
Sluffy, although we all BWFC, fans and want to know what's happening we also have a life beside football.
We will all hear the news in due time. 24 hours won't make any difference to my life but thanks for your advice.
Don't be angry sluffy, you sound like you need hug
Better?
As someone who regularly reads both forums, this exchange is mildly amusing. May to August is like this every year. My opinion is to never listen to anything until it is on bwfc site as confirmed!!!
Too many people follow Nixon and Iles on twitter and get their panties in a twist.
Also, we had all this a couple of years ago with Coyle going to Villa!!!
If only that had turned out to be true.
At the time Benny, he had kept us up and had a good full season, apart from the semi-final debacle and last 5 games.
Remember that Coyles start was in the prem. DF has a hell of a long way to go to even start to emulate Coyle's first 16 months.
Hindsight is so easy to comment on, but at the time Coyle was 'definitely' going to Villa, absolutely no one on here wanted him to go!
Coyle's old news. There's no point debating whether he was any good because its now clearly obvious he wasn't.
DF may turn out to have had a lucky few months as did Coyle. I hope not though! However the odds dropped quickly on DF so someone with money reckons so. Probably tosh but its silly season. Wait for the season ticket deadline to loom. That's when PG is at his best promising and not delivering. It happens every year.
Rivaldo
Veloso
To name a few!
CEF you're right though no one wanted him to go at the time of a link with Villa.
That was the only comparison I was making Cravies. Agree that OC is old news. None of us can be sure what will happen. DF may not go to Everton. He may get us promoted next season.
As I said above, no point speculating during the 'silly season'. Better to just wait for confirmation from bwfc.tv
Silly season is like a big bar of chocolate. You know you shouldn't do it however whilst its there enjoy.
Speculation is half the fun anyway when it comes to which players are going to come to the club, it's like looking at a page 3 girl. She's there and she's naked and good to look at, but you can't get her. Because she's a footballer. Who won't come to your club.
There's a coherent analogy in there somewhere.
