Happy St. Totteringham's Day
It's not just about spending, we need the right balanced players with the right attitudes. The players that we've busted the transfer budget haven't been prolific, (arshavin and wiltold).
pp. Obviously the quality of the signings is down to the scouting. What won't be good enough is finding a gem like Mata then not doing enough to secure the player straight away and settling for a second rate alternative (see Gervinho).
