I will admit that I am more optimistic now than I was a few months ago and can see us finishing mid table at least.
I predict a 2 - 1 win to the Tykes with us leading the game by 2 goals and letting one in during the last 10 minutes of the game.
bolton fan ,if you get behind vaz-te he will do well for you, but if you get on his back is confidence suffers. shame really because he as a good shot on him,and pace to get behind defences,he just lacks confidence.good luck for the season hope he does well for you.
but if you get on his back is confidence suffers.

Oh dear...
Just what I though Sparty.....
Lets hope he hits the ground running and gets the fickle members of the Tykes supporters behind him. The boo boys are one of the things I'm not looking forward to seeing again this season.
Gonna be hard I admit ....Will take 21st even before a balls been kicked but I have a feeling we maybe at the Alamo alot this season.
Got to keep morale high though no matter what ....I have no time for the boo boys . If thats all you come down to Oakwell for, then stay home or go to Asda and do the shopping with the missis.
Tell me 'Igor' how are things at the lab and how's shackle settled in , I had heard you'd had him on the slab, sounds to me like you may have picked up a 'broken legged un'....
No predictions for tomorrow - it would be tempting fate. I hope we can come away with a result but would be happy with a draw. Looking at the YouTubes of our passing game and having watched the Reds v Weds - it seems that a lot of the passing is along the back line, frequently going back to the goalie and then a ball over the top to the wing. I am sure there are ways to counter that - so wonder if we have a plan B, or C. Still optimistic - we have players who can score and hope we give it a go. Robins seemed to keep one man up front away from home and defend tightly - which was OK until about the last 10 minutes when we always seemed to crack and let the home side score. How many times did we lose like that last season? If we go for it, then there may be occasions when we ship a few goals - hopefully we will score more!!
