Are we not meant to be leaving afghan and iraq next year?
As far as I can tell all I said was if you want to see some Christian nutters check out the Lords Resistance Army....
--
How could you compare the bloodbath in London, Madrid and US to some struggle in African jungle?...
And, the next thing you are going to talk about some human flesh eaters in Brazilian deep jungle.
The Irish did it and are mainland British people somehow better or superior to the Irish?
----
Yes.
Bottom line is it was a couple of nutcases. Everyone has them in all walks of life. The police have them and they will be punished and anyone else linked with them will be arrested. Just because they used unfounded Islamic motives has no bearing on the majority of muslims living peacfully in the UK.
Not sure I trust Jordan with Abu Qatada. At least so long as he's in this country he can be monitored.
The only difference is, that by refusing to adhere to an outdated religion and actually allowing science to dictate our evolution, the UK is in the wonderfully secure position of knowing that we will never succumb to invasion by some tin-pot regime from the middle-east.

We've been leaving for the past 10 years
It's a silly promise used to string along the Afghan government and people
All these terrorists are nothing but cowards.

I don't see the point in any of those links as a response to my comment...
Yes.

Perhaps you can explain how the British mainlanders are so morally superior to the Irish that we would never resort to terrorism as they have?
Even the Americans have home grown terrorists, Mcveigh, so what makes the British people so superior we would never resort to terrorism when seemingly almost anyone else will?
All these terrorists are nothing but cowards.

I don't agree with your terminology there.
Say what you will about how twisted their view of the world is but blowing your self up for your beliefs is not cowardly.

It is when they're targeting unarmed, innocent civilians or planting ieds here there and everywhere.
If terrorists are cowardly, all soldiers are cowardly. It's the complete wrong word to use.

No, just mentally insane/a symptom of extreme substance abuse
Watch this theres 3 parts, the people hate the extremists as much as us
......................
I will have a look later, no time right now.
Don't get me wrong there will be those who support our troops over there, those who support the extremists and then a group that just want their country back.
I don't think we can criticise the people of a foreign country for not wanting our troops there...
Insane, Delirious, Mental.
All better words to describe those who kill others to further their goals.
I always thought crazy is a better word than cowardly for them...

Saying that though it wouldn't surprise me if a fair few of the terrorists who blow themselves up are of sound mind, just very committed and religious...
A kind of crazy I guess...
1manontherun,
For someone who alluded to superior intelligence you don't have a good habit of explaining yourself.
Great understanding of the smiley function though
