Pellegrini speaks very good english.

Martinez is probably too good to be a number 2.

You'd want a manager with a 29% win percentage to take over your club in a few years time?

Moyes hasnt won a single game against the big 4. Martinez has.

moyes has only won 41% of his games, doesnt make him a bad manager does it?

Exactly Ali B......neither manager has had any money to speak of....and with a top manager showing him the ropes for a few years it could be good!

Sky Sports said it was 44% when he was appointed, massive difference and I'm pretty sure Everton beat United in August. I just think you can do much better than Martinez.

Everton also beat Chelsea in Ancelotti's last game, and they beat City this season and the one before So what's this about not winning against the top 4?

Simple answer no. I believe not only has Pel resigned but so has half of his entourage. Just as we had the Italian jobs for the boys and the Tafia it now looks as though were rife for the Spanish Inquisition.

Never beaten a top 4 side away, should have been my point.

I think Brian Kidd will be kept on to show Pellegrini the ropes.

Kidd is either 63 or 64 not sure which so I think he might be kept on for a season or so and retire as an ambasador for the club later on. As a supporter in his childhood, former player and youth team coach I wouldnt be suprised to see him in liason with developing our "brand" youth policy and perhaps helping out our new youth development coach.

Still not sure about Pellegrini myself, Hes obviously been brought in to help us in europe but with United in transition cant help think were missing a big oppurtunity to dominate for a few seasons.
Pellegrini will take a few months to put his influence and style on the team, in which we could drop value points inbetween

If Mancini was always on borrowed time when our new ex Barca cheifs came in though City Boy, I'd rather we changed manager now, now we're in the same boat as our two main rivals, rather than Mancini being shipped off 6, 12, 18 months from now and us being at a disadvantage as Moyes and (Mourinho) start to settle in...

That's the only way I'm thinking about it now.

The top three teams are now in a transitional period, the difference is uniteds transition is huge concidering the accomplishments of the outgoing manager.

I certainly hope we get a decent goalkeeping coach. Joe Hart has gone backwards over the last 18 months.

Yep, think he'd benefit from a bit of competition too... Always fancied Sorenson as our number two.
