32 years old with a wealth of top level premier league and Champions league experience. can only be a good signing and should fit in we'll with Agger!
I was a bit on the fence when it first came out but I do think he'll do we'll!
Depends how we're planning on using him. He's 32 so towards the back end of his career and hasn't been more than a squad player for probably 30 months now.
Don't get me wrong, a squad player at City is no disgrace but if we're looking at him at a first eleven player then I'd be worried. If he's there to compete with another signing (assuming Skrtel goes) then it could be a clever signing.
sterling hes been signed as 3rd choice for experience
he's only been a squad player for the last season and he still played 18 games. made 20 the season before! he'll be we'll rested!
Was his contract up at city? otherwise i don't see the benefit of leaving one club to join another if he's only 3rd/4th choice, especially with city bringing a new manager in, clean slate and all that.
Good move for both parties then.

If that's true Suso then I'm all in favour.
I'm very interested in what happens with Skrtel as well. To be honest, my confidence in him has pretty much evaporated but decent CBs aren't easy to come by.
We need a ball playing defender, hes a ball playing defender - good choice i say
A good signing for a freebie.
I can't see anyway back after what Skrtel had to say about any offers would be looked at but it's a World Cup year and he needs to play. hopefully a Russian club with more money than sense will come in for him!
Skrtel can go to zenit for 12mil and we can use that money for my almight PAPADOPOULOS
A good signing for a freebie.
For a freebie yes
An experienced premier league defender on a free
Ok then
Not sure on this one. Passed his best and to be honest never really rated him.
I wouldn't mind him starting to be honest
City supporters speak very highly of him and he's a good age for a centreback
