Does anyone actually care?
i thought they played last year
"Nearly 3 years of work.."
Surely there's another ground we can play at.
If the match last night is anything to go by at least it saves us from embarassment.
I don't see how this can question their entire suitability of hold the competition. It's one potentially unstable stadium that is obviously being checked thoroughly before any games take place.
They already played an exhibition there, the whole world knew the stadium wasn't finished. Something ain't right.
Earlier holiday for the rich brats
The girls of Ibiza should be worried....or excited...or filmed....
Cancelled due to popular demand.
Sky now reporting it will go ahead...
Slappers of Ibiza you will have to make do with a Z list DJ for another week....
Nobody cares

Why comment then?
Non-story.
Every time a sporting event is hosted in a country that is not in the 'old first-world', there is a lot of scaremongering from the western Press, yet it is all smoke an mirrors. the concerns are addressed way in advance and the event is often a spectacular success.
The press did it with the WC in South Africa, with the Euros in Ukraine/Poland 2012, with the olympics in Beijing 2012, with the African Games in Abuja etc
Yet it all turned out to be nothing.
Brazil 2014 will be a success.

There is already one of the other WC stadiums in Rio closed due to a dodgy roof
